About Pardale
Built for the businesses that actually do the work
Pardale is an Australian review platform for trades, cafés, salons and the other small businesses that live and die by their reputation.
Why it exists
Pardale was built by someone who has spent fifteen years running businesses — logistics, transport, retail franchise, property management and wellness — across New Zealand and Australia.
The problem was always the same. Do good work, mean to ask for a review, get busy, never ask. Then watch a competitor with worse work and better admin sit above you on Google.
The tools that existed were built in America, priced for American businesses, and assumed you had someone doing your marketing. Small operators here needed something that costs less than a tank of diesel and works without being configured.
So we built it.
What we believe
Asking should be automatic
If you have to remember to ask, it won't happen. Set it up once and let it run in the background while you work.
Simple beats powerful
No rule builders. No configuration mazes. Turn it on, set how long to wait, and it works.
Your customers are not a mailing list
Two reminders at most, then it stops. Anyone who's already left a review is never chased. Anyone you'd rather not ask is never contacted at all.
Your business, not ours
Requests go out under your name, your logo and your colours, replying to your email address. We stay out of the way.
Where we are
Pardale is built and run from Melbourne, serving businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
We're new, and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise. What that means for you is that you can talk to the person who built it — and if you ask for something sensible, you'll probably get it.
