Facebook and Instagram data deletion

Last updated: 26 September 2026

What Pardale keeps when you connect

When a business connects its Facebook Page to Pardale, we keep only what we need to post its reviews for it:

  • the name and ID of the Facebook Page you chose, and of the Instagram business account linked to it, if any;
  • the access tokens Facebook gives us to post to that Page and account;
  • the ID Facebook gives Pardale for the person who connected, so we can find and delete this data when asked;
  • the posts Pardale drafted or published for you.

We do not keep your Facebook password, your friends list or your personal profile.

How to delete it

  1. In Pardale: open Integrations, then choose Disconnect on Facebook and Instagram. This deletes the access tokens straight away, and Pardale can no longer post for you.
  2. In Facebook: go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Pardale. This withdraws the permissions you gave. If you also ask Facebook to delete your data, Facebook tells Pardale, we delete the access tokens automatically, and Facebook gives you a link back to this page to check it is done.
  3. Everything else: to have the Page details and the posts deleted too, email support@pardale.com from the email address on your Pardale account, with the subject “Facebook data deletion”. We will reply to confirm when it is done.
