Everything you need to get more reviews — without chasing anyone

You already do good work. Pardale makes sure people can see it. Set it up once, and every customer gets asked at the right moment, automatically.

The problem with asking for reviews

Most happy customers would leave a review if you asked. Most never get asked.

You finish the job, you move on to the next one, and three days later it feels awkward to bring it up. Meanwhile the one customer who had a bad day writes their review that same afternoon.

That's how a business doing genuinely good work ends up with four reviews and a 3.8 rating.

Pardale fixes the asking. It happens every time, at the right moment, without you remembering.

Getting reviews

Ask every customer, every time

The part that actually moves your rating. Set the timing once and it runs on its own.

Automatic review requests

Add a customer and Pardale sends the request. Send it straight away, or set a delay — an hour after the job, a day, a week. Whatever suits your work.

It goes out under your business name, with your logo and colours, replying to your email address. Your customer sees you, not us.

Email and SMS

Email and SMS are both included on every plan, for the customers who never open email. Use one or both. Higher plans include a larger monthly SMS allowance.

There's an email-first option too, so you only text the people who didn't respond to the email.

Smart follow-upsPro and up

Most people mean to leave a review and forget. One polite reminder recovers a lot of them.

A reminder goes out after seven days and a final one after fourteen. If the customer has already left a review it stops — it checks your Google listing first, so nobody gets chased for something they've already done.

Two reminders, then it stops. It will never nag your customers.

QR code campaigns

Put a code on the invoice, the van, the counter or the receipt. The customer scans it and lands straight on your review page. Good for walk-in trade where you never captured an email address.

Every code is tracked, so you can see which one is actually working.

Do-not-ask list

Some jobs end badly. Tag that customer as do-not-ask and Pardale will never contact them — not the first request, not the reminders.

A small feature that stops you soliciting a public review from the one person you'd rather not hear from.

Managing reviews

Everything in one place

Reviews land in Pardale automatically, so you're not refreshing Google to see what's new.

Google Business Profile sync

Connect your Google listing once. New reviews appear in Pardale automatically, every few hours.

One dashboard

Every review in one place — the rating, the date, what they said, and whether you've replied yet.

AI reply drafting

Replying matters. Google notices, and so does the next person reading. But writing twenty replies that don't all sound identical is a job nobody wants.

Pardale drafts a reply for each review in your voice. You read it, change anything you like, and post it.

Nothing is ever posted without you approving it.

Low rating alerts

A review of three stars or below emails you straight away. Getting to an unhappy customer within the hour is often the difference between a bad review and a corrected one.

Weekly summary

Monday morning, a short email: requests sent, reviews received, response rate, and anything needing attention. If nothing happened that week, it doesn't send.

Showing them off

Put your reviews to work

A five-star rating nobody sees isn't doing anything for you.

Website widgets

Drop your best reviews straight onto your website. Copy one line of code, paste it into your site, and it updates itself as new reviews come in.

Video testimonialsPro and up

Let a customer record a short video instead of typing. Far more convincing than text, and almost none of your competitors are doing it.

Social postingPro and up

Turn a good review into a social post without opening a design app.

Knowing where you stand

The numbers that matter

Not vanity charts. The handful of figures that tell you whether this is working.

Analytics

How many requests you sent, how many became reviews, and your rating over time.

The one that matters most is your response rate — the percentage of asks that turn into reviews. Pardale shows it plainly.

Sentiment analysis

What people keep mentioning — punctuality, price, the quality of the finish. Patterns you can act on, not just a star count.

Running the business

Fits how you actually work

Multiple sites, staff who need access, and the accounting software you already use.

Multiple locationsMax

Two shops, three vans, four branches — each with its own reviews and its own numbers, on one dashboard.

Team accessPro and up

Add your staff. Let the office manager send requests without handing over the billing login.

Xero integration

Ask for the review when the invoice is paid — the strongest signal you have that the job went well and the customer is happy with it.

Built for Australia and New Zealand

Australian and NZ mobile formats. Your timezone, so nothing goes out at 3am. Australian spelling. Support in your hours.

What it costs

Every plan includes automatic review requests, Google integration, QR codes and the review dashboard. Fourteen day free trial.

Set it up in ten minutes

Add your business, connect Google, add a customer. That's it. The next job you finish, the request goes out by itself.
