When you provide your customers' data to Pardale, you act as the data controller under the Australian Privacy Act. You confirm that:

Pardale processes your customers' data only on your instruction and solely to provide the service you have requested.

- Customer Data: Retained as long as your account is active; deleted upon request or account closure
- Compliance Logs: Retained for 7 years as required by Australian legal and regulatory obligations
